GRAVITY SKATEWHEEL CONVEYORS
The gravity skatewheel conveyor is one of the most economical types of conveyors. The gravity skatewheel conveyor is used in applications where a lightweight conveyor is required either for permanent or portable conveying applications. Zinc plated skatewheels are standard, however, plastic skatewheels are also available.
Skatewheel curves have better tracking features than gravity roller conveyors. |
GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYORS
Gravity roller conveyors utilizes conveyor rollers as a means of conveying products. Gravity roller conveyors are designed from light duty conveyor applications to heavy duty conveyor applications. Conveyor rollers are available in steel conveyor rollers, galvanized conveyor rollers, PVC conveyor rollers (plastic conveyor rollers), stainless conveyor rollers. |
MEDIUM DUTY SLIDER BED BELT CONVEYORS
Slider bed belt conveyors utilize a sheet metal frame with pulleys at both ends. The conveyor belt is powered across the metal frame. Slider bed belt conveyors are ideal for conveying boxes, totes, bags and are also used for general product conveying. |
HEAVY DUTY SLIDER BED BELT CONVEYORS
The heavy duty slider bed belt conveyor utilizes a larger drive pulley and deeper conveyor frame to give the conveyor more driving force. |
TROUGH BED BELT CONVEYORS
This conveyor utilizes the same principles as the slider bed conveyor except with the troughed bed, the conveyor has a built-in guard allowing overhead conveying. This conveyor is also ideal for conveying loose parts. |
SLIDER BED BELT TRASH CONVEYOR
The slider bed belt trash conveyor is primarily utilized for conveying trash (corrugated and packing material). |
ROLLER BED BELT CONVEYOR
Roller bed belt conveyors have rollers on which the conveyor belt rides. The conveyor rollers on which the belts rides reduces the friction between the conveyor belt and the conveyor bed. This allows for conveyor design flexability by allowing heavier loads, higher speeds and longer conveyors with lower horsepower requirements.
The conveyor rollers can have either commercial conveyor bearings or for higher speeds and quiet performance, precision ABEC-1 conveyor bearings are available. |
ROLLER BED WIRE MESH BELT CONVEYOR
The roller bed wire mesh belt conveyor utilizes a mesh belt to convey various products. The wire mesh belt conveyor is used in product drying applications, conveying wet or oily products, conveying hot part from ovens conveying products where air circulation is required.
This type of conveyor can utilize a carbon steel wire mesh belt, galvanized steel wire mesh belt, stainless steel wire mesh belt or a variety of plastic resin open mesh belts. |
LIGHT DUTY BELT DRIVEN LIVE ROLLER ACCUMULATING CONVEYOR
This conveyor utilizes a belt driven live roller concept to accumulate product on the conveyor. The driving force of the conveyor belt (which drives the conveyor rollers), is adjustable through the use of a 9 position cam which raises and lowers each individual pressure conveyor roller. This conveyor utilizes 1-3/8” dia. X 18 ga. carrying conveyor rollers
This conveyor is ideal for accumulating light boxes, tote bins and many other items which do not require zero back pressure. |
MEDIUM DUTY BELT DRIVEN LIVE ROLLER ACCUMULATING CONVEYOR
This accumulating conveyor uses the same concept as the light duty accumulating conveyor except this conveyor is designed to convey heavier loads. The carrying conveyor rollers are 1.9” dia. X 16 ga. which gives the heavier load capabilities for this conveyor. |
HEAVY DUTY CHAIN DRIVEN LIVE ROLLER CONVEYOR
With a rugged design, this conveyor can be used to convey heavy loads at a competitive price. If your conveyor application requires accumulation features, this conveyor can be used for limited accumulation. |
MEDIUM DUTY BELT DRIVEN ROLLER ZERO PRESSURE ACCUMULATING CONVEYOR
If your application requires a zero pressure accumulating conveyor, the 190ZPA conveyor with air operated sensing zones will allow for accumulation of your product. The carrying conveyor rollers are 1.9” dia. X 16 ga. |
MEDIUM DUTY BELT DRIVEN PHOTO EYE CONTROLLED ROLLER ACCUMULATING CONVEYOR
This accumulating conveyor requires no mechanical sensor rollers. Photo eyes sense your product at a designated zone. This conveyor can either be used as a minimum pressure conveyor or by utilizing an optional pneumatic operated end zone, zero pressure accumulation can be achieved. |
CHAIN DRIVEN PALLET ACCUMULATING CONVEYOR
For heavy duty pallet accumulation, the 251CDA chain driven live roller conveyor will convey and accumulate pallets and other heavy products with zero back pressure.. The conveyor rollers are heavy duty 2-1/2” x 11 ga. rollers with a chain and sprocket drive. The zones are mechanically operated for zero pressure product accumulation. |
| CONVEYOR ROLLERS
Conveyor Systems & Engineering, Inc. manufactures a large selection pf conveyor rollers including galvanized conveyor rollers, PVC conveyor rollers (plastic conveyor rollers) and stainless steel conveyor rollers. Conveyor bearings range from unground, precision bearings and corrosion resistant conveyor bearing configurations.
If your product needs to be protected, CSE can provide coated conveyor rollers or PVC conveyor rollers. |
| MINI-CONVEYOR ROLLERS
For applications that require small diameter conveyor rollers, CSE has a selection of mini-conveyor rollers. These conveyor rollers are available with plain steel tubing or steel tubing with various coatings, stainless conveyor rollers, and PVC conveyor rollers. Conveyor bearing choices include light duty gravity conveyor applications, heavier duty conveying applications and powered conveyor applications where corrosion is of concern. |
PVC CONVEYOR ROLLERS (PLASTIC CONVEYOR ROLLERS)
PVC conveyor rollers are often applied in gravity or powered conveyors for corrosion resistant applications. Stainless steel conveyor rollers can often be replaced by PVC conveyor rollers. |
| STAINLESS STEEL CONVEYOR ROLLERS
Stainless conveyor rollers are utilized for corrosion resistant conveyor applications. Typically, stainless conveyor rollers are used where plastic conveyor rollers cannot be used due to load capacities or corrosive restrictions. |
